We Make Contact
Our team reaches out directly to your contact. We introduce them to the Baseline Selling methodology, the OMG Assessment, and the program tier that fits their team size and trade.
They Get Enrolled
If it is a fit, they join STG Academy or one of our coaching programs. Every contractor we work with operates in the trades, so every example and framework maps directly to their business.
You Get Credited
Once they enroll and the referral is confirmed, you get credited. We track it, we confirm it, we pay it. No chasing, no ambiguity.

- You do not need to be enrolled in any program to submit a referral on behalf of someone you know.
