Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sales Transformation Group's programs, platforms, and services. By enrolling in any STG course, coaching program, or community, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
Sales Transformation Group (STG) provides sales training, coaching, consulting, and community access for contractors in the trades. Services include, but are not limited to, online courses hosted on the Skool platform, weekly live coaching calls, Boardroom and C-Suite coaching sessions, private consulting, Platinum Fractional Sales Leadership, and Sales Launch Workshops. Specific deliverables and access levels depend on your enrollment tier.
2. Eligibility
STG programs are designed exclusively for contractors, sales professionals, and sales leaders in the trades, including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general contracting, painting, outdoor living, home remodeling, fencing, landscape design, window and glass, and related industries. By enrolling, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Enrollment and Payment
Access to STG programs begins upon receipt of full payment or the first installment of an approved payment plan. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. STG reserves the right to adjust pricing for future enrollments. Payment plans, where available, require timely payment of each installment. Failure to maintain installment payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of STG's training materials and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, all sales are final. No refunds are issued after access to course content, coaching calls, or community resources has been granted. If you have questions about whether a program is right for you before purchasing, contact our team at support@salestransformationgroup.com prior to enrollment.
5. Intellectual Property
All STG content, including course materials, worksheets, scripts, playbooks, frameworks, video recordings, and coaching call recordings, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sales Transformation Group. This includes, without limitation, the Baseline Selling methodology, the Milestone-Centric Sales Process, the OMG Assessment interpretation materials, and all named frameworks such as Feel the Pain, The Inoffensive Close, Sales DNA, ADM, Honey Hole Method, Compelling Reasons, and Quantifying the Problem. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own internal business purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any STG content in any format is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from STG.
6. Community Standards
STG Academy on Skool is a professional community for contractors committed to growth. Members are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. STG reserves the right to remove any member from the community for conduct that is disrespectful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the standards of a high-performing professional environment. Removal from the community does not entitle the member to a refund.
7. Coaching and Consulting Conduct
STG coaching calls, Boardroom sessions, and private consulting are confidential. Recording of any live session without prior written consent from STG is prohibited. Information shared by other participants in group coaching settings is to be treated as confidential and not shared outside the program.
8. No Guarantee of Results
STG provides proven methodology, structured frameworks, ongoing coaching, and implementation support. However, sales outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, team commitment, and other variables outside STG's control. Nothing in STG's materials, coaching, or marketing constitutes a guarantee of specific revenue, sales results, or business outcomes. STG commits to delivering the process and support. Results require your consistent application of that process.
9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
STG programs integrate with third-party platforms including Skool and Objective Management Group (OMG). Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. STG is not responsible for interruptions, changes, or discontinuation of third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STG's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of STG services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to STG in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall STG be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sales Transformation Group, its founders, employees, coaches, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of your use of STG services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Modifications to Terms
STG reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of STG services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If changes are material, STG will make reasonable efforts to notify active members.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tennessee.
